Enhancing capabilities.
In the past, their marketing partners lacked the flexibility to compare different target audiences based on various assumptions. As a fundamental feature of their dashboard suite, they envisioned the ability for their marketing partners to engage with audience data and segment it according to their specific business objectives. They wanted users to have the option to assign weights to variables based on their targeting priorities, create scenarios, generate target audience lists from the dashboard, and store this information in a database table.
To further enhance their capabilities, they recognised the need for a dashboard that allowed their business users to verify data accuracy, address any errors, and make necessary corrections. This led to the development of a Contact Data Quality dashboard, which identified inaccuracies within contact information. Their goal was to empower users to rectify these inaccuracies, including those in email addresses and phone numbers, directly from the dashboard.
Additionally, they aimed to securely store these corrected records before compiling the final list, with the overarching objective of progressively improving the overall quality of their contact data.
