As Dylan Kuehl and his team transitioned from a legacy BI tool to Tableau, their goal was clear: improve Tableau adoption for non-technical users and establish a single version of the truth.
At First Supply, data is used company-wide, from sales and operations to warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams. As usage continues to grow to close to 300 users, First Supply is preparing to scale access even further. With MailScheduler, the team aims to deliver insights directly to users who don’t require full dashboard access, while ensuring they still receive timely, relevant information.
At the same time, WriteBackExtreme will support more advanced use cases involving large volumes of data. Together, these solutions will help the team expand Tableau adoption without increasing complexity or maintenance.
