Collaboration
Comment
Add comments directly to a cell in the dashboard. The dashboard provides an overview of all comments. Comments are securely stored in the database without changing any existing data.
Reply
Engage in focused, data-driven conversations right where they matter. Reply directly to comments to ask questions, provide feedback, or share additional insights.
Mark as Resolved
Mark comments as resolved once they are addressed. This feature helps teams stay organized, avoid repeated discussions, and maintain a clear record of what has been handled. For instance, use it to confirm completed actions.
Track Changes

Add Data
Edit an Existing Column
With InputTables it's easy to edit your existing data in a table. For example, change the category of a product or update a typo. The data will be stored in a separate table which you can join back to your datasource.
Bulk Edit
Update multiple cells at once with just a few clicks. Select the cells you want to change, edit the content, and apply the update instantly, saving time and ensuring consistency across your data.
Add a New Column
Add value to the data sheet by adding column types like Single Line Text, Date, or Numerical to mention a few. Create a new column labeled “Forecast” or “Annotations”. Users can easily add text or notes to this column, and once saved, the input is securely stored in your database.

Row Level Security
Admins can set row-level security on user groups and/or individual users so they only see the data that is relevant to them within WriteBackExtreme.
User Management
Users are automatically registered in the Management Console the first time they access a dashboard with WriteBackExtreme. Manage access through groups, assign roles such as Connection Manager, Schema Manager, or User Manager, and apply Row Level Security, all under a clear user-based license model.
Security
Control access using various authentication methods, including username & password, Single Sign-On, Tableau account authentication, or pincode protection. You can also sync users from Tableau and restrict certain methods to administrators, ensuring safe and secure usage within your dashboards.
Workflows
